Evacuation route exceeds 25 m on the ground floor
The distance measured from the door of the assembly room to the building exit is 31.4 m. Article 3.1 of DB-SI limits this route to 25 m for Public Use without sprinklers.
Main façade transmittance exceeds the climate limit
