What is an online draughtsman and how does it work?
An online draughtsman is a technician specialised in technical graphic documentation across any discipline —architecture, industrial engineering, civil engineering, electrical, mechanical or HVAC installations— working remotely on your projects. The whole workflow is digital: you send the starting material (sketches, photos, PDF, cadastral reference or earlier schemes), we agree the scope and the price, and you receive the finished files in DWG, RVT or PDF straight to your inbox.
No mandatory on-site meetings, no equipment or software licensing costs, no paying for holidays or social-security contributions. You only pay for the drafting you need, when you need it. Ideal for architects, industrial engineers, civil engineers, developers and installation companies that want to outsource their graphics department without growing their fixed structure.

When to hire
When do you need to hire an online draughtsman?

Software and deliverables
AutoCAD for 2D. Revit for BIM.
We work with AutoCAD for all 2D documentation: floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, permit documentation and urban planning. The deliverables are native DWG files, organised into layers following your studio’s standard or ours.
For projects that require coordination across disciplines or automatic quantity take-off we use Revit. The BIM model includes parametric families, structure–architecture linking and IFC export for coordination with other parties. More on the BIM service.
We deliver in whatever formats you need: DWG, RVT, vector PDF, IFC or presentation images. If you have your own templates or standards, we adopt them; if not, we use ours and leave them with you for future projects.

We offer two arrangements to fit the way you work:
- ·Fixed-price project. For commissions with a defined scope. We tell you the price before starting and it doesn’t change unless the agreed scope changes. The most common option for drafting complete projects.
- ·Block of hours. From 5h. Ideal for touch-ups, permit corrections or unforeseen jobs. We also offer recurring monthly blocks for studios with a constant workload.

How long does it take to deliver a drawing?

Standard drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections of a single-family home) are delivered in 3–5 working days. For urgent jobs there’s a 24–48h delivery option with a surcharge stated in the quote.
Can I hire by individual hours?

Yes. We offer blocks of hours from 5h, ideal for occasional touch-ups, permit corrections or minor commissions with no project commitment.
Do you work with AutoCAD and Revit?

Yes. We use AutoCAD for 2D projects, urban planning and permit documentation; Revit when the project requires a BIM model coordinated across disciplines.
Do you only do architecture, or also engineering, civil works and building services?

All disciplines. We do CAD and BIM drafting for architecture (housing, refurbishment, public facilities), industrial (warehouses, layouts, machinery distribution), civil works (urbanisation, roads, infrastructure, sewerage) and building services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, gas and telecommunications). If your project combines several disciplines, we coordinate it from the same team.
What do I need to send you to get started?

Any reference works: a hand sketch, a photo, a PDF drawing, a cadastral reference or a descriptive report. The more detail you provide, the tighter the quote will be.
Do you sign the drawings?

No. We are a technical drafting service, not project drafting or project management. The competent technician —architect or engineer— always signs the project. We provide the graphic documentation.
Do you have a monthly rate for studios?

Yes. We offer monthly blocks of hours with a progressive discount, designed for studios with a constant workload that need flexible technical capacity without a fixed cost.
Where are you? Do you work across all of Spain?

Our office is in Cáceres, but we work 100% remotely across all of Spain. We receive the material digitally and deliver DWG, RVT or PDF with no travel.
Can you also do quantities and budgets?
