Do you sign the certificate?+
No. We are a technical support service for professionals, just as with structural calculation. We prepare all the energy certificate documentation and it is signed by the qualified technician at your studio. That way you keep authorship and control of the project.
Is it valid to support my clients’ aid and grant applications?+
Yes, that is one of the main uses. The initial energy certificate and the one after the works prove the rating jump required by energy refurbishment programmes (Next Generation funds, IDAE, regional schemes). We prepare both, plus the improvement report, so you can justify the grant.
What kind of work do you take on?+
Only for professionals and companies: architects, engineers, studios, engineering firms, developers and managers. We certify for your new-build or refurbishment projects, for energy refurbishment and for your clients’ grant documentation.
Do you need to visit the property?+
Not always. If you send us the project drawings and the systems data, we do it remotely. If on-site data collection is needed for an existing property, we coordinate it. We tell you when we send the quote.
Which regulations and software do you apply?+
The basic certification procedure (RD 390/2021) and the requirements of CTE DB-HE. We use the programs officially recognised by the Ministry: CE3X, HULC, CYPETHERM HE Plus and CERMA.

The price depends on the type of property, whether we start from your drawings or there is data collection on site, and whether you need a single certificate or the double one (initial + final) for a grant. We give you a fixed price before we start.

Certificate for a single dwelling or commercial unit, with registration and label.
Building / tertiary
Whole buildings, commercial units and public facilities. Quoted by floor area.
Grant pack
Initial + final certificate with the rating jump to justify the aid.

Two ways of working with us, depending on what you need:
