An outsourced technical office with its own AI.
We combine a technical team with 17+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and construction, and our own AI trained on the CTE, the Structural Code, EHE-08, sector-specific regulations (RSCIEI, RITE, REBT) and the current regional regulations of all 17 autonomous communities. We work with architects, engineering firms and construction companies across Spain.
In 90 seconds
We started in 2008 as a drafting and modelling studio. Almost two decades later, we serve architecture studios, engineering firms, developers and construction companies across Spain — with some ventures into Europe — through a multidisciplinary team of draughtsmen, architects and engineers. All remote.
In 2026 we added our own AI, trained on the complete Spanish regulatory corpus — CTE, Structural Code, EHE-08, RSCIEI, RITE, REBT and the regional regulations of all 17 autonomous communities — to verify projects before the client does.
